OpenAI unleashes GPT-4o

You might’ve heard already, that OpenAI just dropped a full demo of the fastest, smartest, and most multimodal AI yet - GPT-4omni.

It’s not just another AI. It’s Rank 1!

Even in the LMSYS Chatbot Arena Leaderboard. 

TLDR: A difference of 100 Elo means, that the output of the better model is 2/3 times preferred. So it’s not a completely new world, but definitely a huge step.

These are the key points:

• GPT-4o is Multimodal in and out, meaning it can not only process, but also deliver text, Audio, code, and pictures. However, it can only process, and not create, Video.
  

• It made huge improvements in text to Picture (scroll down). It’s still imperfect, but it‘s way better than what we’ve seen before.
  

• GPT-4o achieves GPT-4 Turbo-level performance on text, reasoning, and coding intelligence while setting new high watermarks on multilingual, audio, and vision capabilities.
  

• If you’re into coding, you might like this one. OpenAI also announced a live coding Copilot.

But the Audio capacity is certainly the most impressive.

GPT-4o will be available soon as a Desktop App for everyone. And the best part, It’s free.

Even though GPT-4o is super smart and powerful, Sam Altman and Mira Murati (in the Demo) hinted at even bigger, smarter and more powerful tools in the future.

Apple is nearing a deal with OpenAI to integrate ChatGPT

Bloomberg recently reported that Apple is closing in on a deal with OpenAI to implement ChatGPT in new AI features for IOS 18. concurrently, Apple has been in talks with Google about its Gemini chatbot too, though no agreement has been reached.

Apple plans to unveil new AI features at its Worldwide Developers Conference in mid-June, leveraging its own data centres and processors.

#GoogleI 1/0 Highlights

Google 1/0 was a big event with lots of announcements. But by far the 3 coolest things are:

• Gemini is coming to Google Workspace Apps.

• There’s a new music DJ tool called Music FX DJ.

• Project Astra was demoed. It’s Google’s most advanced AI assistant yet.

The most exciting thing is probably Project Astra. It’s an AI assistant, running on live videos. you simply ask a question, and Astra explains it briefly. Here’s a short Demo.

Using it with AR glasses makes you feel like you’re in a sci-fi movie.

Traditional Search Engine Use to Drop 25% by 2026 as AI Chatbots Rise

By 2026, people will use traditional search engines 25% less as AI chatbots and virtual assistants become more popular, says Gartner.

Why?

ChatBots are more efficient and easier to use.

This means businesses will need to change their SEO marketing strategies to focus on creating high-quality, trustworthy content. Search engines will value useful and authentic content more, and there will be new ways to verify this content.

If Gartner is right (and we think they are), and you begin using these new SEO marketing strategies before others, you'll get a big head start.

The single tool which has helped me the most to focus on important tasks is probably Boomerang.

We predict, In the near future, Ai will transform businesses and marketing by making interactions with customers much more personalized and efficient. This may seem like an obvious statement, but we mean it to a pretty high degree.

Imagine a customer visiting an online store and seeing products tailored specifically to their tastes and shopping history, increasing the likelihood of a purchase. From generating marketing on the fly based on messaged interests, keywords in emails, and dynamic response generated on the fly... graphics and all, customized to each inquiry.
